General
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary articles, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care articles
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Each item is not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery
Reimbursement of costs
Once we have received your return and checked it, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if we have approved or rejected your return.
If accepted, your refund will be processed and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 working days.
Late or missing returns
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the application to be processed before the refund is credited.

Sale items
Only items at the regular price are returnable. Sale items are not returnable.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are faulty, damaged or badly manufactured through our fault. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send the item back to: GEPA; Stanisława Chudoby 95L; 03-287 Warsaw
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your refund.
Returns of consignments
To return a product, send it by post to: GEPA; Stanisława Chudoby 95L; 03-287 Warsaw.
Returns can only be made if the product does not meet your expectations or has been badly prepared or contains manufacturing defects. Other returns will not be considered.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the listed product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracking service or purchasing parcel insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive the returned item.
